Job summary

Inspired Infotech LLC. seeks a senior software engineer to lead high-impact client engagements, guiding problem discovery through production AI systems. You will own outcomes and manage a blended onshore/offshore team across projects in the US.

You will design and build AI/agentic solutions end to end, set engineering standards and security practices, and turn successful patterns into reusable assets. In addition, you will support pre-sales scoping and solution design, leveraging multi-cloud

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of software engineering experience with client-facing delivery.
• Proven record of shipping production systems in ambiguous environments.
• Hands-on LLM/agentic AI development experience.
• Strong architecture skills across cloud, data and integration.
• Leadership and mentoring experience.

Job description

Lead high-impact client engagements, owning outcomes from problem discovery to production AI systems and guiding a blended onshore/offshore team.

What you will do

• Lead discovery with client executives and users
• Architect and build AI/agentic solutions end to end
• Lead an FDE pod including offshore engineers
• Set engineering standards, evaluation and security practices
• Turn successful patterns into reusable assets
• Support pre-sales scoping and solution design

What you will bring

• 6–10 years of software engineering experience, with significant client-facing delivery
• Proven record of shipping production systems in ambiguous environments
• Hands‑on LLM/agentic AI development experience
• Strong architecture skills across cloud, data and integration
• Leadership and mentoring experience

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare)
