Abarca Health LLC in San Juan, Puerto Rico is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for Formulary Services to develop and implement Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange formulary programs while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role includes client demos on the PBM configuration platform and leading setup for new client implementations and changes.

The ideal candidate holds a Doctoral Degree in Pharmacy with an active license, 3+ years in formulary management, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Doctoral Degree in Pharmacy.
Current/Active Pharmacy License.
3+ years of formulary management in clinical operations and PBM.
Experience working with clinical scenarios.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

Develop and implement Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange formulary programs.
Ensure compliance with external regulatory guidelines.
Resolve adjudication and processing issues and provide client demos on PBM platforms.
Lead configuration setup for new client implementations and changes.
Provide consultative support to clients and internal teams.
Monitor workload and drive process improvements in configuration.
Prepare clinical recommendations for new drugs with Pharmacy & Therapeutics input.
