Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Forklift Operator II to move and manage material across our facility. The role uses forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and stage assets, with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include securing outbound loads, updating SAP/CONA handheld systems, and performing routine pre/post-trip checks. A switcher may be used for trailer maneuvering in a high-activity environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift and pallet jack certification required.
• Switcher operation certification is required.
• Class A CDL is required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Move vending and cold drink equipment to fulfill sales requests.
• Secure outbound loads with required wrapping and documentation (STO).
• Load and unload trailers to support deliveries and update SAP/CONA handhelds for tracking inbound/outbound loads.
• Perform safety checks and housekeeping to keep area neat and compliant.
• Operate a switcher to maneuver 53' and pup trailers to the dock.
