PwC in Houston is seeking an Investigations & Forensics Senior Associate to identify and prevent fraudulent activities, conduct investigations, and ensure regulatory compliance within our Forensic Services practice.

You will analyze complex issues, develop client connections, anticipate team needs, and apply data analytics and forensic methods to support investigations and enforcement work, while mentoring junior staff and delivering clear findings.

Competenze

• minimum Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of experience in investigations or related field
• strong forensic accounting and data analytics capabilities
• ability to interpret complex financial data and evidence
• excellent communication with diverse stakeholders

Mansioni

• Conduct forensic investigations, fraud reviews, and regulatory enforcement support across client engagements
• Analyze financial records, transactions, and digital evidence to identify anomalies, patterns, and potential misconduct
• Apply forensic accounting, evidence gathering, and data analytics methods to support case development and issue resolution
• Draft clear workpapers, summaries, and findings that connect facts, analysis, and recommendations
• Coordinate assigned workstreams and track deadlines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple matters
• Review documents, records, and source data to validate accuracy and identify gaps that affect case direction
• Support regulatory response activities by interpreting guidelines, compliance requirements, and case-specific facts
• Develop meaningful client relationships through timely updates, thoughtful follow-through, and responsive service
• Guide junior team members by reviewing task output, sharing technical knowledge, and offering practical feedback
• Use critical thinking and professional judgment to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing case conditions
