Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, law, finance, business, political science or related field.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Achieved or be working towards a professional designation, such as CPA, CFA, CFE.
• Effective project and time management skills and the ability to prioritize when working on multiple engagements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in delivering findings, observations and summarized updates to senior project and professional stakeholders.
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
• Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. A driver’s license is strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client’s legal counsel, internal audit and compliance teams on complex investigations.
• Develop practical solutions addressing operational challenges based on findings.
• Prepare clear, well-structured client work products and reports.
• Support crisis management, digital investigations and business intelligence projects.
• Contribute to risk assessment and incident preparedness initiatives.
• Communicate results and recommendations to senior stakeholders clearly and concisely.
