Qualifications

  • Active Secret Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree with 12–15 years of experience or a Master's with 8–10 years or a PhD with 5–7 years of work experience.
  • Knowledge of the East Asia Pacific (EAP) Region and international programming.
  • Strong knowledge of 2 CFR 200 and experience in NGO administration.

Responsibilities

  • Represent DRL program objectives to State Department and U.S. government offices.
  • Liaise with DRL and other offices on program administration, funding, and grants.
  • Prepare budget and programmatic reports tracking grant obligation data and program successes.
  • Coordinate with policy colleagues and DRL leadership on regional or thematic issues.
