Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH) seeks a Senior Decision Science Developer within Revenue Management Systems to build, scale, and validate predictive models and forecasting logic for dynamic pricing and inventory decisions.

You will write production-grade SQL and Python to design scalable forecasting algorithms, work with senior leadership and data engineers, and translate complex models into actionable insights for commercial stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a heavily quantitative discipline is required.
• 3–5 years of data science, quantitative analysis, or modeler experience.
• Experience building systems that influence pricing, sales, or forecasting.
• Experience presenting complex outputs to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and maintain scalable predictive models for bookings, pricing, and upgrades.
• Query, clean, and aggregate large datasets from Snowflake/ETL pipelines using Python and SQL.
• Collaborate with end users to define problems and deliver practical solutions.
• Monitor calibration thresholds in RMS to reduce forecast variance and automate workflows.
• Develop A/B testing frameworks to validate revenue impacts of pricing and promotions.
• Build dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to communicate results to stakeholders.
• Partner with IT and business teams to productionize prototypes.
