Qualifications

5+ years dealership-level heavy line experience, incl. engine/transmission R&R.
Current Ford certification required; Senior Master status preferred.
6.7L Power Stroke diesel diagnosis and repair experience.
Strong diagnostic skills with modern tools and Ford platforms.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a shop.

Responsibilities

Perform major mechanical repairs including engine teardown and replacement.
Repair transmissions, differentials, and driveline across Ford/ Lincoln lineup.
Diagnose 6.7L Power Stroke diesel systems and emissions aftertreatment.
Use Ford diagnostic platforms to root-cause and document work.
Complete warranty repairs with clear, accurate reporting.
