The role spans board‑level design, vendor management, and system verification, with trips to customers and OEMs in Asia and Europe. You’ll collaborate with MEMS/CMOS teams and drive product reliability through the full lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in electronic design from concept to mass production.
• Proficiency with Altium, Cadence, or Siemens for schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Hands‑on analog/mixed‑signal circuit design experience.
• Experience with ADCs, sensors, embedded systems, firmware, or sensor processing.
• Experience with I2C/SPI/UART and other interfaces for embedded systems.
• Software or firmware development using C/C++ and Python for hardware bring‑up.
• Experience performing system‑level evaluation and debug with lab equipment.
• Ability to author technical docs and design guidelines.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead schematic designs, PCB layouts, Gerber files, BOMs, and fabrication notes.
• Provide technical judgment on component selection to meet electrical, mechanical, cost, and reliability goals.
• Manage vendors to ensure on‑time delivery of boards and modules.
• Own board‑ and system‑level evaluation, characterization, and debug of boards and prototypes.
• Collaborate with R&D to verify new chips and resolve system issues for customers.
• Work across electrical, mechanical, and firmware domains, from concept to mass production.
