Job summary

On is seeking a Lead Retail Merchant for footwear to grow premium assortments across the US, Mexico, and Brazil, translating global strategies to local performance. You will ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time, optimizing store performance and reflecting our brand positioning.

You will lead seasonal assortments, regional strategy, and in-season trading, partnering with Marketing and Visual Merchandising to launch new collections while driving sell-through and margin

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Retail Buying, Merchandising or Merchandise planning.
• Experience in apparel, footwear, or lifestyle premium brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid retail KPI knowledge.
• Excellent product sensibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Execute seasonal assortments across the AMER store network, tailoring global ranges to local markets.
• Develop clustering and tiering strategies for optimal store formats.
• Own regional OTB with strategies to deliver profitable growth while protecting margins.
• Lead in-season trading, replenishment, stock transfers, and markdowns.
• Monitor performance and act on risks and opportunities to drive sell-through.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Visual Merchandising on launches.
• Drive assortment planning and execution for new stores.
• Track KPIs such as sell-through, ROS, stock levels, and turns.
