Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for product development from concept to commercialization.
• Emphasize bench-top formulation and scale-up for innovation and renovation.
• Coordinate plant trials and ensure documentation meets specs.
• Leverage vendor capabilities and co-packers to expand formulation options.
• Work with Culinary Team to guide product development.
• Design shelf-life testing for new products.
