Job summary

Global Connections to Employment (GCE) is seeking a Food Services Project Manager to oversee contracted food service operations and ensure adherence to contract requirements. The role emphasizes fiscal performance, supervising a team, coordinating RFPs and pricing, and driving efficiency across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will manage multiple contract sites, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to maximizing contract performance and customer satisfaction within a nationwide

Qualifications

• Must have five years of experience in food service or related field.
• Must have two years of supervisory experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in the resident state and be insurable.
• Must pass regulatory/security background screening.
• Must manage multiple contract sites with varying services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee services through assigned contractual agreements.
• Participate in RFPs and pricing negotiations.
• Manage contract performance to meet requirements and efficiency.
• Maintain professional communication with contract points of contact.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (OSHA, EPA, DOL, FLSA).
• Manage fiscal performance to meet financial goals.
• Monitor program goals to meet organizational expectations.
• Promote a safe work environment with required safety training.
