Job summary

Mill Rock Packaging is seeking a Folder Gluer Operator to support production in our St. Paul, MN area facility. You will set up the folder gluer, ensure proper folding and glue adhesion, and perform quality checks while recording run data.

You will work with Packaging Engineers and Sales to evaluate new products and maintain equipment through routine maintenance. The role requires problem solving, teamwork, basic computer skills, and endurance to stand and operate in a production environment;

Qualifications

• Set up all sections of the folder gluer machine per job specification.
• Set up Leary detection system and ensure proper operation.
• Perform quality checks and record run data per quality system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production runs and ensure proper carton folding and glue adhesion.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and perform preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with Packaging Engineers and Sales for new products.
