Job summary

SMX is seeking a Subject Matter Expert FMV Imagery Analyst to support SOF PED operations. Work with leaders and cross-functional partners to identify mission requirements, prioritize resources, and align intelligence readiness with threats across AORs.

The role requires DoD TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship. You will analyze FMV, GEOINT, and related data, coordinate with foreign disclosure officers, and produce actionable intelligence products for targeting and mission success.

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of operational/tactical intelligence experience.
Minimum 10 years in IMINT/FM V analysis and production.
Experience supporting SOF in deployed environments, incl. Africa.
Ability to lead a team of analysts.
Experience providing targeting support to deployed SOF elements.

Responsibilities

Perform near real-time observation, analysis, exploitation, and reporting of GEOINT data per DNI ICD 203 and SOCOM Joint PED standards.
Deliver quality outputs for Screener, Reviewer, and production functions.
Manage a shift of analysts, ensuring error-free final production.
QA/QC reviews of all production efforts prior to government submission and training others.
Create SOPs and establish chains of command within the team and customer organization.
