Job summary

Diaconia is seeking a Senior FMS Acquisition Manager to lead security cooperation programs and manage full life-cycle acquisition logistics. The role requires deep knowledge of SA, export controls, and program management techniques to support international and domestic partners.

The position emphasizes travel to OCONUS locations, collaboration with government stakeholders, and comprehensive documentation across all program phases.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge in Security Assistance (SA), technology transfer, disclosure and releasability, export/import compliance, risk management, program/project management, and Total Package Approach (TPA) logistics support and sustainment.
• Assist in maintaining and updating program/project management documents, developing standard plans and operating instructions/procedures, IMS and critical path models.
• Identify, assess, and document acquisition and logistics resource requirements; evaluate Letters of Request (LOR), LOAD, and Manpower Requirements Packages (MRP).
• Maintain a current U.S. passport and be willing to travel to foreign Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) locations.
• Provide assistance in cost, schedule, and performance risk assessment/management and lifecycle logistics support.
