Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in aerospace/engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experimental flight test experience as a Flight Test Engineer.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-disciplinary communication.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with detail orientation.
• Ability to work independently and on a team; travel up to 30%.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop flight test programs from development through certification.
• Plan flight tests, conduct readiness reviews, briefs and debriefs.
• Analyze flight test data to support design and certification Deliverables.
• Coordinate with engineering to incorporate SME input into tests.
• Work as part of the flight crew and monitor data in real time.
• Prepare flight manuals and supporting documentation.
