You will develop embedded, RTOS, or Linux-based C++ code for the spacecraft bus and reentry capsule, owning design, testing, and integration.

The role requires a strong background in safety-critical software, CCSDS telemetry, and real-time embedded systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field with safety-critical software experience.
• 5+ years of spacecraft or safety-critical software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of C++ and modern language features.

Responsibilities

• Develop flight software for spacecraft, bus, and reentry capsule operations.
• Write bare-metal, RTOS, or Linux-based C++ software for embedded processors.
• Own complete software development lifecycle from design to integration and testing.
• Capture requirements and perform initial design trades for open-ended problems.
• Ensure system quality and performance through V&V techniques.
• Collaborate across teams to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
