Job summary

Qualifications

• 7 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• 5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Good working knowledge of standard computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• U.S. citizenship and passport required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures by FME, supervisors, schedulers, and trainers.
• Coordinate with Directors and Managers to develop improvement and reliability initiatives.
• Maintain accurate FAK inventory and tooling on each aircraft.
• Direct personnel assignments and evaluate performance.
• Coordinate training (OJT) and ensure due/overdue training is completed.
• Provide liaison with international maintenance providers and other departments.
