Job summary

DMR Technologies is seeking a Senior Flight Control Hardware Engineer to lead the design, revision, validation, and production of drone flight control electronics. Based in Lafayette, LA, you will own hardware from concept through production while collaborating with firmware and manufacturing teams.

You will design and revise flight controller hardware, create schematics and PCB layouts, select components, and support prototype builds and production, ensuring manufacturability and robust

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hardware design experience.
• Proficiency with Altium, PADS or similar PCB tools.
• Experience in drone, robotics, aerospace, or industrial electronics.
• Experience with GNSS, RTK, IMU, MCU, and power electronics.
• Mass production experience.
