Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications on FedEx vehicle fleet and ground support equipment. You will document work with repair orders and parts ordering using FedEx systems and ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED is required or equivalent.
Vocational automotive training is preferred.
ASE Master certification is preferred.
4 years of fleet, automotive or truck vehicle repair and maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and modifications on FedEx vehicle fleet and ground support equipment.
Document work orders and parts ordering in FedEx computer systems.
Ensure work is compliant with OSHA and DOT standards.
Guide and support a staff of technicians and trainees.
Willingness to work any shift and operate with minimal supervision.
