The role requires strong technical knowledge, the ability to guide technicians and trainees, and strict adherence to OSHA and DOT standards. A valid driver’s license and safety-conscious approach are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training preferred.
• ASE Master certification is a plus.
• Experience in fleet, automotive, or truck repair is essential.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform modifications as needed.
