Job summary

Intelligent Generation is seeking a software engineering leader to own and scale the POWR:Suite fleet software and controls-adjacent applications. You will be hands-on early, then mentor engineers, shape architecture, and orchestrate AI agents that support delivery, testing, documentation, monitoring, and operational workflows.

This hybrid role requires deep experience with Python, APIs, real-time systems, and industrial software.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong Python production experience.
• Experience with AI-enabled engineering tools.

Responsibilities
