Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager for GFP Middle Mile Fleet to drive cross-functional initiatives across Business Development, Core Operations, Legal, and Finance. You will own fleet strategy for North America Middle Mile power units, manage budgets, and guide third-party rental partnerships to ensure capacity and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience communicating with VP-level decision makers; experience communicating expectations and requirements with business and technology teams through written proposals.

Responsibilities

  • This role is cross-functional—you will work with Business Development, Core Operations, Legal, Finance, Network planning, and executive teams to bring products to market.
  • Develop and own plans, run programs end to end, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Break down large transportation initiatives into actionable work streams and drive execution.
  • Collaborate to forecast capacity needs and implement process improvements for operational excellence.
  • Serve as escalation point for rental vehicles and govern partnerships and specifications.
