Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to provide timely, quality maintenance for the FedEx vehicle fleet and ground support equipment, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and documentation.

You will document work with repair orders, ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT standards, and guide technicians and trainees while staying flexible for various shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training preferred; ASE Master certification preferred.
• Four years fleet, automotive or truck vehicle advanced technical repair and maintenance experience.
• Must possess basic set of automotive hand tools; able to lift 50 pounds; work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely maintenance for FedEx vehicle fleet and ground equipment, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and documentation.
• Document work with repair orders and parts ordering in FedEx computer systems.
• Ensure work aligns with OSHA and DOT standards.
• Guide and support a staff of technicians and trainees; perform other duties as assigned.
