Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in Food science, chemistry, or related field with 10+ years in flavor

Responsibilities

• Lead flavor projects as project lead or individual contributor
• Develop volatile flavor methods and perform analyses using GC-FID-MS, GCO, GC×GC-TOF-MS
• Translate analytical results into actionable communications for stakeholders
• Maintain and perform simple instrument repairs
• Collaborate with Global AFI and NA flavorist teams
