Job summary

Live 2 B Healthy of St. Croix is seeking Fitness Trainers to deliver safe, engaging group fitness classes for older adults in senior living communities. You will provide individualized attention through Small Group Training sessions and maintain program quality, safety and participant progress.

The role emphasizes on-site classes, strong interpersonal skills, and reliable transportation to schedule sessions. Training and advancement opportunities are available within the program.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior fitness, personal training, group fitness or rehab-based exercise.
• Nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, AFAA, or equivalent).
• Current CPR/AED certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site group fitness classes for older adults focusing on functional movement, balance and strength.
• Ensure safety and inclusivity; modify activities for all fitness levels.
• Build positive relationships with residents, staff and community decision-makers.
