Job summary

Breuckelen Athletic LLC is seeking 1–2 full-time Coaches to join our Brooklyn-based training and recovery facility. You will deliver private and semi-private sessions, build personalized plans, and help members progress toward long-term health goals.

We value emotional intelligence, professionalism, and organizational skills, with a schedule that includes mornings, evenings, and weekends. This is a salaried, full-time position offering growth within a values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of coaching experience in professional settings (gyms, studios, performance facilities).
• Experience designing and delivering individualized programming for varied clients/goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients.
• CPR certification required.
• Nationally recognized training certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coach private and semi-private sessions with individualized programming aligned to member goals.
• Deliver high-quality coaching consistent with Breuckelen Athletic's mission and standards.
• Conduct introductory sessions to educate prospective members on training value.
• Build trust-based relationships and support long-term health journeys.
• Maintain accurate client records and programming notes.
• Identify opportunities to improve member engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with coaches and leadership for consistent coaching quality.
• Respond professionally to member questions and feedback.
• Contribute to ongoing education and team development.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming facility reflecting the brand standards.
