Qualifications

• Experience in personal training, group fitness, or rehab-based exercise.
• Reliable transportation for scheduled sessions.
• Background working with seniors or within senior living communities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled on-site fitness classes for older adults.
• Deliver personalized one-on-one and small group sessions.
• Ensure exercises are performed safely and effectively.
• Build positive relationships with residents and staff.
• Adhere to Live 2 B Healthy protocols and standards.
• Report session feedback to the Fitness Program Manager.
