Stantec is seeking a Senior Fisheries (Passage) Engineer to support water resources, dams and hydropower projects from Bellevue, WA or Portland, OR with a hybrid schedule. The role focuses on fish screening and passage infrastructure at intakes, dams, spillways and hydro facilities.
You will lead technical work, mentor staff, coordinate with clients and agencies, and help develop proposals and statements of qualification while ensuring safety and quality across projects.
Stantec is seeking a Senior Fisheries (Passage) Engineer to support our water resources, dams and hydropower infrastructure projects through our Bellevue, Washington or Portland, Oregon offices with a hybrid work schedule option.
The position works collaboratively with project teams in Stantec’s Energy & Resources and Water Business Operating Units to support the service needs of our clients—primarily on local and regional projects, occasionally on national and potentially international projects. Whether through design and construction of new facilities or improving the design, operation, safety and efficiencies of existing projects, the focus of the role is to serve as a senior technical lead or resource to engage our highly skilled team of engineers in the technical execution of fish screening and fish passage infrastructure at water intakes, dams, spillways, and hydropower facilities.
Locations in WA, DC & various CA, MA, VA areas – $126,400.00 – $189,600.00 annually.
