The role requires 5+ years of software experience, strong C/C++, Python skills, and a background in firmware and real-time systems. Onsite work with opportunities for growth and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; STEM preferred.
• 5+ years of software development experience; or 4+ years with a Master’s degree.
• Ability to plan deliverables and manage project teams toward schedule and cost; high quality output.
• Strong communication skills for management and team members.
• Experience in firmware/software full cycle development; programming in Python, C/C++.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update software per project schedule.
• Support firmware/software tool development and enhancements.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues; advise on future development.
• Create tests and document design concepts (parameters, structure).
• Present at design reviews and resolve issues with direction from leads.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate cross-site teams.
