Job summary
A technology interface company in New York is looking for a Senior Firmware Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing firmware for embedded systems. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in firmware development with strong skills in C/C++. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality product delivery. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 3 days in the office along with the opportunity for unlimited PTO and early-stage equity.
Qualifications
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in firmware development.
Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming languages.
Proven ability to debug and troubleshoot complex systems.
Responsibilities
Design and develop firmware for embedded systems.
Collaborate with hardware engineers to define and implement firmware requirements.
Perform system integration tests to ensure firmware functionality.
Debug and troubleshoot firmware and hardware issues.
Document firmware design and development processes.
Occasional travel to the Manufacturing facility.
