Job summary

Everon is seeking a skilled sprinkler technician to service and repair commercial fire protection systems across sites. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and ensure documentation is accurate while maintaining truck inventory and responding to customer needs.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years' experience with wet/dry/deluge/pre-action systems, knowledge of NFPA codes, and a valid driver's license with ability to travel on short notice. On-call availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School/Vocational training.
• 3+ years experience with wet, dry, deluge and pre-action sprinkler systems.
• Working knowledge of fire pumps and underground sprinkler systems.
• Understanding of NFPA codes (NFPA 13, 13R, 13D, 14, 20, 24).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams and policies in English.

Responsibilities

• Services and repairs fire protection sprinkler systems for commercial applications.
• Performs preventative and routine maintenance as well as emergency service calls.
• Troubleshoots/diagnoses and identifies malfunctioning sprinkler systems.
• Replaces or repairs malfunctioning or inoperative equipment.
• Prepares accurate and timely documentation for work performed, completes monthly vehicle reports and maintains truck inventory.
