Job summary
Pye-Barker Fire and Safety is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead on-site installation projects for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings in Baton Rouge. You will supervise technicians, fitters, and assistants, ensuring flawless completion of installations and compliance with plans.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of Fire Sprinkler Installation experience required.
- Working knowledge of pipefitting, plumbing regulations, and fire protection codes.
- Must hold valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record to be approved to drive company vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Interpret installation requirements from project drawings accurately and completely.
- Delegate tasks to fitters, mechanics and assistants to meet deadlines and goals.
- Install and test fire suppression equipment in new or retrofit construction projects.
- Follow designed plans and communicate design changes for site requirements.
- Update daily installation progress notes on job contract drawings.
- Instruct and train helpers, apprentices, or other personnel in basic installation processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
