You will manage materials, coordinate with team members, and support apprentices. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, alongside physical capability for handling heavy materials. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience installing sprinkler systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Superintendent/Foreman for project methods.
• Manage materials and equipment procurement for jobs.
• Ensure quality and safety controls in the work environment.
• Train and develop field personnel on installation procedures.
• Provide technical support to apprentices and technicians.
