Job summary

Firetrol Protection Systems, Inc. is seeking a Fire Systems Inspector to join our Tucson, AZ team. The role involves inspecting, testing, and maintaining fire protection systems with a focus on safety, accuracy, and customer service.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of field experience on fire sprinkler or alarm systems, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license. Expect to work on-site at various facilities and pass screening requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of field installation or service experience on fire sprinkler or alarm systems.
• Excellent customer service record and care.
• Excellent verbal communication skills for customers, technicians, sales personnel, and managers.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Pass drug/alcohol and Background screening including motor vehicle records.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance of fire protection systems with minimal supervision.
• Diagnose and evaluate systems requiring servicing and troubleshoot inspection issues.
• Document all inspections and information needed for repairs.
• Provide detailed reports and recommended corrective actions to customers.
• Interact with customers at locations like hospitals, nursing homes, schools, colleges, restaurants, and other facilities.
