Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience directly related to fire protection.
• Familiar with local building codes.
• Experience as a Certified Fire Protection Specialist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Fire/Life Safety staff and oversee project scope.
• Develop and manage FLS designs according to codes.
• Coordinate Fire Protection designs with building architecture.

Skills

Detailed FLS design knowledge

Familiarity with NFPA codes

Proficient in AutoCAD

Excellent communication skills

Experience in project management

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

Professional Engineering (PE) licensure
