The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, over ten years of experience, and be a Registered Professional Engineer. Qualifications
Must have a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience.
Experience as a Qualified Fire Protection Engineer on Federal projects preferred.
Registered Professional Engineer who has passed the fire protection engineering exam is required.
Responsibilities
Lead large, complex fire protection projects.
Conduct building/fire/life safety code reviews and analyses.
Prepare and present technical reports and presentations.
Engage in design development through sketches and models.
Participate in client meetings for value analysis and cost estimating.
Provide direct supervision and mentorship to assigned staff.
