Job summary

Compass Group USA's Quantum North America is hiring a SR FIRE ALARM TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME) for a Fort Worth, TX role. Location: 5001 Blue Mound Road, Fort Worth, TX 76106. Texas FAL license required; 4+ years of fire alarm servicing/inspections.

Schedule is full-time with variable days/hours. Responsibilities include inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to NFPA-standard systems, leading field teams, and coordinating service calls across commercial sites while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Texas FAL required.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience servicing and inspecting fire alarm systems.
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections, testing, routine maintenance, and repairs on fire alarm systems in accordance with NFPA standards and local codes.
• Troubleshoot fire alarm system deficiencies, diagnose equipment failures, replace components, and perform corrective repairs on multiple manufacturers.
• Perform scheduled inspections while documenting findings, deficiencies, completed repairs, and results using service software.
• Communicate inspection results and repair solutions clearly with customers and maintain strong relationships.
• Manage service calls, schedules, and follow-up corrective work across commercial/industrial sites.
• Maintain OSHA safety procedures and safe work practices at heights.
