The candidate will mentor junior technicians, ensure NFPA 72 compliance, and travel up to 15% across the United States as required. A Top-Secret clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED with 10+ years of related experience.
• 2 Year Technology Degree with 8+ years of related experience.
• Requires U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of fire alarm system servicing, including inspections and repairs.
• Provide expert-level diagnostics for challenging fire alarm issues.
• Oversee testing and ensure NFPA 72 and other codes compliance.
• Develop advanced maintenance strategies, system upgrades, and improvement plans.
• Mentor and train junior technicians on fire alarm systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and oversee large projects.
