Job summary

Quality Labor Management (QLM) in Lexington, SC is seeking an experienced fire alarm installer to wire and install fire alarm systems and access control equipment. You will read plans and drawings and support other technicians with system point checks.

The role requires 5+ years’ experience, knowledge of NEC/NFPA codes, and strong communication. A valid driver’s license, ability to pass background check, and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience installing and/or testing, inspecting, and performing minor repairs on fire alarm systems
Be able to professionally present yourself
Must be able to read and write and work with basic hand tools
Knowledgeable of NEC & NFPA codes and regulations
Ability to communicate clearly and follow directions

Responsibilities

Installation and wiring of fire alarm systems.
Installation of access control equipment.
Reading plans and drawings.
Support other technicians with system point checks.
Assist in the troubleshooting of installations.
Maintain customer satisfaction for continual company growth.
Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time.
