Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a FircoSoft Application Developer – Software Engineer III for the Sanctions Screening Technology group in Tampa, FL. You will build and own enterprise-scale FircoSoft platforms at global scale and contribute to architecture, performance, and platform evolution.

This is a senior technical role requiring hands-on FircoSoft expertise, Java/J2EE, and cloud/container skills, with end-to-end ownership across development and production support.

Qualifications

• FircoSoft training or certification completed.
• 3+ years delivering FircoSoft solutions in large enterprises.
• Experience with design, development, and operational stability.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-throughput, low-latency sanctions screening workflows using FircoSoft components.
• Own end-to-end FircoSoft-based solutions across design, development, configuration, optimization, and production stability.
• Create architecture/design artifacts and enforce standards for FircoSoft implementations.
• Analyze production behavior, identify bottlenecks, and drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with product/compliance/ops to meet regulatory requirements.
