Circle, located in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking an experienced legal professional with over 10 years in global commercial transactions. In this role, you will structure and negotiate contracts while supporting our business segments, including enterprise sales and ecosystem development.

You will collaborate with various teams globally, addressing complex legal issues while advancing revenue opportunities and strengthening partnerships related to Circle's blockchain and stablecoin initiatives. A J.D. is required, along with the ability to navigate fast-moving environments.

Formación

• Must have substantial in-house legal or top-tier law firm experience.
• Must be capable of identifying and managing legal implications across stakeholders.
• Must be well-organized and capable of managing multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Structure, negotiate, and draft complex transactions globally.
• Support the creation and expansion of contract templates.
• Aid in developing processes for increased efficiency in legal services.

Conocimientos

10+ years of hands-on legal experience in global commercial transactions

Experience drafting and negotiating complex fintech agreements

Ability to support international business teams

Strong understanding of legal and regulatory issues

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Educación

J.D. or foreign equivalent
