Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in business or systems analysis in fintech.
• Deep knowledge of Portfolio Accounting and Performance Measurement.
• Ability to map data through the lifecycle of an account/workflow.
• Strong communication to convey technical specs to clients and teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and define system scope and objectives from user needs and industry requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear system requirements specifications.
• Review customer requests and translate into actionable documentation.
• Partner with strategic client teams to provide premium services and rapid responses.
• Act as subject matter expert and provide thought leadership on products and client functionality.
