Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant leadership role.
• Ability to deliver a tailored guest experience with a hospitality mindset.
• Ability to lead by example, mentoring staff and driving the hotel/restaurant teams to success.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to industry changes.
• Strong data analysis, inventory control, and cost management skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on, get-it-done attitude.
• Clear, professional communication and collaborative teamwork.
