Job summary

Legend Biotech USA Inc. seeks a Sr. Manager, Financial Systems & Master Data to lead the design and delivery of financial systems and master data governance.

This role partners with IT, TechOps and Quality to drive data integrity and data management across Legend Biotech. The position maintains the Chart of Accounts in SAP and OneStream, enabling business users to leverage data for decision making. Based in Bridgewater, NJ, the role reports to the US Accounting leadership and supports growth

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6+ years of experience with data management solutions: Migration, Business Objects, Data Quality, etc.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• SAP knowledge preferred.
• Hands-on experience defining data and processes, data quality modeling, and implementation projects.
• Experience with data and ERP integrators to align with Legend Biotech ERP strategy.
• Experience with SAP query viewer/design and advanced GUI access.
• Experience deploying P2P, D2D, RTR/FI modules from design to deployment.
• Proficient in processing large data volumes and in advanced analytics reporting tools.
• Proficient in project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP data initiatives across SAP & OneStream and manage related data objects.
• Develop plans to improve data practices for operations, reporting and analysis.
• Partner with IT to implement incremental SAP modules (WBS, Treasury).
• Coordinate upgrades and enhancements of core financial systems.
• Develop data governance practices in collaboration with SAP workstreams and IT data teams.
• Maintain Master Data governance workflows in line with the Delegation of Authority policy.
• Articulate data lifecycles across business units with SMEs in operations and IT.
• Resolve Banking/COGS/Budget/BOM costing issues quickly and effectively.
• Support internal and external financial reporting and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity on data protection and incident response.
