Job summary

CVS Health is pursuing a Senior Analyst to support the administration, maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of the BlackLine platform. The role emphasizes Journal Entries and future automation expansion, working with Accounting, Finance, IT, and partners to keep the system stable and scalable.

The ideal candidate brings 3 years of BlackLine experience, strong ERP knowledge (SAP, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Workday), and a solid accounting background.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience supporting BlackLine or a comparable financial close, journal entry, workflow, or automation platform.
• Hands-on experience with financial systems administration, configuration, testing, implementation, or production support.
• Understanding of accounting processes, journal entries, financial controls, and close management activities.
• Ability to coordinate priorities and deliverables across internal stakeholders, implementation partners, third-party providers, and offshore resources.
• Experience with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Workday, or another major ERP platform.

Responsibilities

• Support BlackLine across modules with a primary focus on Journal Entries and expanded automation capabilities.
• Partner closely with Accounting, Finance, IT, Accenture resources, offshore teams, and transformation groups to maintain a stable platform.
• Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Engage in Agile delivery, project implementation, testing, and change management.
