Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior Financial Advisor to lead and coordinate financial work efforts that provide divisional leadership with analytical insights and financial discipline aligned to our strategic goals. This role builds cross-functional partnerships and drives financial results across divisions.

You will lead annual and long-term planning, develop actionable outputs, and collaborate on initiatives with significant financial impact.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
• 5+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.

Aufgaben

• Works directly with staff and leadership across divisions to identify financial strategies and create outputs that drive financial plans.
• Leverages customer and consumer insights to develop holistic financial strategies and plans to maximize ROI.
• Supports development of divisional strategic positions and represents those positions within the division.
• Builds and manages relationships with internal partners to drive financial analyses focused on business strategies.
• Leads annual and long-term financial planning efforts and analyses.
• Collaborates and executes financial analyses and thought leadership at departmental and divisional levels.
• Drives financial innovation and stewardship through collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify and execute impactful initiatives.
• Partners with internal clients to understand problems, articulate vision, define financial impacts and quantify benefits.
