You will deepen understanding of private capital firms, hedge funds, asset and wealth managers, banks, fintechs, insurers, and other institutional participants, guiding campaigns from concept to execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of corporate communications, financial services, or PR experience.
• Strong relationships with reporters and media outlets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications strategies for financial services clients and tailored messaging.
• Serve as a client contact ensuring consistent, high-quality communication.
• Develop and execute communications plans aligned with client objectives.
• Understand clients’ businesses and stakeholders to provide strategic recommendations.
• Support leadership in identifying challenges and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Develop media engagement strategies and relationships with financial journalists.
• Create thought leadership content, op-eds, speeches, and media materials.
• Provide proactive media counsel and ensure message alignment.
• Translate complex financial topics into clear narratives for stakeholders.
• Contribute to multiple projects from inception to completion within budget.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate on integrated campaigns.
• Contribute to new business development and research efforts.
