Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 4+ years in financial services or consulting supporting financial risk areas (Credit/Liquidity/Market risk).
• Experience with banking, capital markets, or digital assets is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize business, operational, regulatory, and technology risks with mitigation strategies.
• Stay current on technology trends (cloud, big data, AI, process automation) and their impact on clients.
• Develop high-quality client deliverables and respond to internal business needs with clarity and value.
• Support workstreams on complex engagements, collaborating with client counterparts.
• Contribute to process improvements, transformation, or risk reduction initiatives.
• Assist in business development by drafting industry insights and supporting proposals.
• Deliver client-ready work across all stages, independently or with the team.
• Engage in industry discussions with clients and peers to stay ahead of trends.
• Mentor junior team members through knowledge sharing and guidance.
• Translate complex topics into actionable recommendations for clients.
