Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant in Schaumburg, IL to lead monthly and quarterly internal financial reporting. The role uses Workiva Wdesk, Workday, and OfficeConnect, requiring collaboration with Accounting and FP&A while supporting backups for key processes.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with 1–4 years of relevant experience and a finance professional background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, or a related role
• Knowledgeable in preparing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and core accounting principles
• Experience with Workiva Wdesk, Workday Financials modules, OfficeConnect, and/or FloQast preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly internal financial reporting deliverables with accuracy and timeliness
• Roll forward financial reporting presentations and schedules with proper tie-outs
• Load, validate, and reconcile GL data into Workiva Wdesk via OfficeConnect
• Validate data alignment between source systems, Workiva outputs, and reports
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A and Financial Systems to resolve discrepancies
